Dean Limbaugh is a licensed Professional Inspector, a member of Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) and an associate Inspector with the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors. He first became an Apprentice Inspector performing 45 inspections, then a Real Estate Inspector with over 100 inspections and finally a Licensed Professional Inspector in 1999. TREC allows several different paths to obtaining a Professional Inspectors License, however; make sure your inspector has plenty of field experience! Dean founded Buyers Inspection Services in 2003 after performing hundreds of home inspections in the Houston area. “It has been satisfying knowing that you can help people make an informed decision.”
